• The product is returned even if used, but no more than 20% of the perfume has been consumed.

• If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Products with more than 10% usage

• Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer

• Gift cards and personalized/customized items
